Planning A Successful Golf Outings
Pick A Date
We’ll start by determining if you’d like to play 9 or 18 holes, and then we’ll find a date that works. For company outings, we typically recommend playing on a weekday morning. Monday's and Friday's work great.
Determine Your Number of Players
How many golfers are you going to have? We can host outings with up to 108 players. That would be a full golf course shotgun start.
Tee Times or Shotgun Start
Shotgun start means everyone tee’s off at the same time, all starting on different holes. We offer this option for larger groups. Shotgun start allows all payers to finish at approximately the same time. Shotgun start is ideal for doing food and prizes afterward.
Food & Drinks?
We offer a variety of options when it comes to food and drinks. For beverages, we offer the option to do an open bar or a drink ticket system. We have a full bar as well as draft and can beer. We always include coolers with ice for drinks to take on the golf course. For food, we offer options for lunch at the turn as well as lunch/dinner afterward.
Give Thought To Scoring Format
The most popular golf outing format is a 4-player scramble. This allows beginner players to have fun and still be able to compete. All 4 players tee off and then select the best shot. All 4 players then play from that one ball. This continues throughout the hole and one score is recorded at the end of the hole.
We’ll even create a custom scoreboard for your group and display it in the clubhouse!

On Course Competitions
A little friendly on-course competition is sure to keep things interesting. We provide event markers for the longest drive and closest to the pin contests.

Start Looking For Sponsors and Prizes
Sponsors are a great way to raise money for a charitable cause. Sponsors can have their company logo displayed on a sign on the tee box of specific holes. Sponsors can also provide merchandise, prizes, etc.
